| Walker {Master of
Transportation, Western & Atlantic RR} says he is sending up
everything you require. Great delay will be occasioned here unless the
General Commanding requests Walker to send his trains through to West
Point. The Georgia Road takes all the stock from
{Atlanta &} West Point Road to move troops coming over their
road. Hull {Superintendent, Atlanta & West Point
RR} has applied to Richmond for orders on Taylor Road
{Superintendent, Macon & Western RR}.
