Recd of the Memphis & Charleston Rail Road
Co. Seven (7) Box Cars and Five (5) Plat Form Cars in good running order
to be used by the Nitre & Mining Bureau, who are to take all risk of
accidents including that of the public Enemy, and to pay rent as per
contract with Col Sam Tate Prest of the said M&C R. R., and return said
cars in like good order after thirty days notice, at any point that said
company may wish. |
