Dear Sir,
We have purchased of the "Vietnia" Furnace (Mr. Warren Push) all the Pig Iron they hand and can make up to X Mass. A part is now at Tolersville and it will all be placed there for transportation. It is very important not only to us, but to the Government and the Genl. Community ??? and supplying, that this Iron should be brought down expeditiously.  You are not in want of it all for your Road which we cannot supply for the want of Iron. You are therefore forced to go to the Hardware men for your Nails and their price, if they have them, is $43 per Keg. Ours is $30. and if you will bring us the Iron we will put your lot Nails you are now wanting at $30. There are several Flat loads of the Iron now at Tolersville.
Very Respectfully
Yr. Obdt. Servt.
Wm S. Triplett, Prest.
