| It is agreed between Major W. S. Ashe and
myself to refer the valuation of two locomotives which this Company
propose to buy from the C. S. to yourself in conjunction with Majs L??
and Talbott. Also the valuation of the Locomotive J. R. Anderson now in
the Service of the C. S. |
| One of the locomotives now in our service
will be in the city on Saturday and I hope that day will suit your
convenience |
