| Dear Sir, |
| We learn that there is on the Baltimore
& Ohio RRd near Martinsburg where you are now engaged in
transporting machinery & where ??? for the Government a large
quantity of old Rails, unfit for use only as material to be worked ???
again & the object of this is to enquire as to the probable
quantity and the price at which they could be delivered in this city.
We could now use them in ??? orders for the Government that are very
pressing. |
