Dear Sir, |
We have your esteemed fav. 2d Inst. last
to hand & will supply you the Bar iron you order and such of the
other articles not in our line as we can obtain. We are certain
however that we cant obtain the Low Moor Tyres as our friends at the
North are afraid to ship to us lest the Lincoln Government appropriate
it to themselves. While we feel under obligation to you for seeing our
establishment thro dark seasons, we beg leave to remind you of your
promise in Memphis made the writer that this order for ??? be ???
cash. It is even more important now as we are required to pay cash for
all we buy & you are afraid of the large amount already due us by
the Rail Road Companys whom we have ever ??? to serve. We will ship
the iron soon. |
Very Truly |
