| My guards at Swift Creek bridge continue to complain to
me of the rapidity with which your Engineers pass their trains over the
bridge. I, therefore again call your attention to the subject, with the
request that you give them written instructions on the matter. If your
instructions are not ???, it will certainly be reported to me, as I keep
a guard all the time at the bridge. |
