and numbered as above, and are to be delivered in like good order and
condition, at Danville to the connecting R&D Railroad, unto Capt H M
Waller, Quartermaster, or his assigns, his or their receipt upon this
bill for the same, being required to complete the evidence of delivery. |
| In Witness whereof, the Agent of said Piedmont Railroad
has affirmed to three Bills of Lading, all of this tenor and date -- one
of which being accomplished, the others to stand void. |
