| Resolved, that in the opinion of the
Board there are in some of the Departments Officers and Employees
not required for the service of the Company and that the President
and Superintendent and Road Master be requested to examine into the
subject and dispose with all that are not required for the interests
of the Company. |
| The President is authorised to accede to
the proposition of Capt John M Robinson for a change of his
compensation, concluded on in his letter of June 4th for making
purchases for the Company if he thinks advisable to do so. |
