| Messrs Wood Morell & Co under an
injunction, "confidential" offer 500 tons of iron of the enclosed
pattern at $41 which is at least $4 less than I expected. They want
our immediate answer and signify a willingness to modify the
pattern. I think they will permit our pattern or any other they may
have on hand. Mr Holladay favors a purchase at this time. We wish
your view as to the pattern weight &c &c. The offer is conditioned
on immediate acceptance and prompt delivery. ??? to make new rolls may and
probably ???. If you agree authorise me that $50.00 may relied with
???o more each other, I would suggest our pattern |
