| The following resolution was passed
unanimously |
| Whereas it appears from the books of the
Company that several of the officers of the Company have violated
the order of the Board passed the 10th December forbidding
speculation in various articles of ordinary Freight |
| Resolved that each and every officer who
has violated the aforementioned order is hereby reprimanded and the
officers of the Company are notified that any further violation of
this order either directly or indirectly will not be overlooked, but
any offender against this rule will be dismissed by the
Superintendent who is hereby instructed to execute this order. |
