Directors' Meeting of the Central (of Georgia) RR, September 30, 1864}
The President reported that he had ordered
the purchase of 1000 bales of Cotton at Griffin by A. W. Jones, Agt.
assisted by W. M. Wilder, Director. The Board approved the action of
the President and that he is authorized to use all the available funds
of the Company in the Purchase of Cotton.
