   This is to certify that we have received from Capt Jonathan Powers, Master of the Schooner Curlew of Bucksport, M? the Cargo of Iron, Brass & Copper shipped at Fernandina Fla by C. L. Robinson & consigned to us -- consisting of about 80 tons Iron & about 2 tons old brass & Copper as described in bill of lading; the said property being claimed by the representatives of the Florida R. R. Co. & the Provost Marshal General having forbidden the said property to be sold or disposed of until the rights of the several parties in interest have been determined -- we hereby agree upon consideration of said property being delivered to us that we will hold the same safely and securely without selling or disposing of the same until said questions are determined & will hold said property subject to the order of any lawful authority deliverable upon payment of our lawful expenses incurred in connection with said property.
