| I have at present no men on
the North Carolina railroad, three engines and trains belonging to the
Charlotte & South Carolina RRd Co. which are necessary to continue the
work of widening the guage of the former and to facilitate the removal of the
supplies accumulated at this point and I would respectfully request an
order informing me to station the men of these trains until this work is
completed. |
