An Act appropriating the sum of one thousand one hundred and ten, twenty-two hundredths dollars for the relief of the Mobile & Great Northern Railroad Company, being the difference between fifteen and twenty-four per cent. duty on railroad iron paid at Pensacola, in May, eighteen hundred and sixty-one

   The Congress of the Confederate States of America do enact, That for the purpose of carrying into effect the second section of an act approved May twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, entitled "An act to define with more certainty the meaning of an act entitled 'An act to fix the duties on articles therein named,' approved March fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one," the sum of one thousand one hundred and ten, twenty-two hundredths dollars, be, and the same is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be paid to William D. Dunn, President of the Mobile & Great Northern Railroad Company, being the difference between fifteen and twenty-four per cent. duty on railroad iron of the value of twelve thousand and three hundred and thirty-five seventy-five hundredths dollars withdrawn from warehouses at Pensacola in the month of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-one.
