{Montevallo Coal} Company was called at the

way read and adopted. |

On motion of T. J. Portis it was |

Resolved, that it having been found practicable to accept the
proposition of thee Mobile & Selma Co to alter the Tram Road, that
the President and Superintendent be authorized to make the necessary
changes in the Rail Road, Tram Road Platforms &c & that they be
authorized to make such arrangement with the Shelby Iron Co as to
the construction, use of and the repairs of the said Tram Road and
Rail Road as they may think best. |

On motion the Presdt & Supt were authorized to sell the
Locomotive & such other property on such terms as they may think
best. |
