| The President called a Board to day |

O Haskins, E G Leigh & Jno R Edmunds |
| The President explained to the Board the
object of the meeting, which was to consult upon the propriety of
purchasing a lot of "T" rail to be laid on the track in Amelia County,
and to sell the flat bars taken up at the same place. The "T" rail
having changed hands prior to the meeting of the Board after discussion
it was deemed proper to take no action in the matter. |
