of Directors was held this day |

| Wood Bouldin resigned his office of
President pro tem, to take effect on the 20th inst. Wm Palmer was
elected President pro tem to take effect from & after the 20th inst |
| The President having communicated to the
Board the appointment of Thos Dodamead Esqr as Superintendent of
Transportation on the Richmond & Danville rail road Resolved That
the salary of Mr Dodamead be the same with that allowed the late General
Superintendent. |
