| The President having submitted to the
Board of Directors propositions from Messrs Witcher, Edmunds & Leigh are
in favor of increasing the appropriation to be sent abroad for the
Richmond & Danville rail road Company, to fifty thousand dollars. If you
agree with us act accordingly |
