| I have the honor to acknowledge the
receipt of your letter of the 22d inst. in which you state that the
amount returned by me to the C. S. Treasury previous to March 31st
should appear in the account current. |
| The amt. returned was $25,415 91/100 and
the receipt of Jno. W. Duncan C. S Depository at Atlanta for that amount
(Voucher No 50) will be found in the package forwarded. The amount and
Number of Voucher also appears in the account current. |
