| In June last Mr. C. F. Williams in my
service purchased articles from you as pr bill enclosed. On making my
returns to the Dept. at Richmond the voucher was disallowed, owing to
informality in signing. It was signed "Henry & Co Pr. Healy" The rule is
that, the Principal must sign. Please return the enclosed, signed "Henry
& Co" in duplicate and oblige. |
